What are the dates?

The indicative program runs February 28 – March 3, 2027 in Caracas. Optional program add-ons are scheduled before or after these dates.

How much does it cost?

Registration is by invitation, with fees shared directly once your interest is approved. Early registration, through December 31, 2026, receives preferred terms; after that, pricing is subject to availability.

What does the program fee include?

In-country movement during program hours, program breakfasts and lunches plus selected hosted dinners, confirmed delegation meetings and approved site visits, on-the-ground coordination, and structured follow-up. Flights, hotels, insurance, personal expenses, visa coordination, and bespoke add-ons are arranged separately.

Use the Express Interest form on any page. The Epakon team reviews each request and follows up with next steps, program details, and payment instructions.

Question 6

Do I need a visa, and can you help?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your nationality and residence. Epakon provides fast visa processing and support, available separately with the fee confirmed if needed. Assistance is not a guarantee — only the competent Venezuelan authorities can issue or deny a visa.

Where will I stay and how do I book flights?

We recommend La Cayena, the Renaissance Caracas La Castellana, and the JW Marriott Caracas. Recommended flight paths are shared once schedules are confirmed, and we have a third-party local logistics provider to support with any specific travel needs.

Who will we meet?

Founders, private-company leaders, investors, sector operators, ecosystem partners, and economic and political experts. Individual hosts, speakers, and meeting participants are shared with accepted participants.

Is it safe, and how is movement handled?

Accepted Answer

All official movement during program hours is organized and coordinated by Epakon and its in-country logistics partners, with vetted transport and a coordinated itinerary.

Can I join only an add-on?

Accepted Answer

Add-ons are designed to complement delegation participation. Requests outside the core program are considered case by case.

Question 11

What if the trip is postponed or cancelled?

Accepted Answer

If Epakon postpones or cancels the program — including due to new travel restrictions or airport logistics issues — registered participants will have their program fee credited toward a rescheduled date or refunded. If you need to cancel your own registration, contact info@epakondelegation.com and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis. Flights, hotels, and other separately arranged expenses are not covered by Epakon and are subject to each provider's own policies.
