Flights

Nonstop service between the United States and Caracas (CCS) resumed in 2026 after a seven-year suspension. Two direct options are scheduled to be operating ahead of the delegation:

Miami (MIA) → Caracas (CCS)

American Airlines

Service resumed April 30, 2026 — the first US–Venezuela commercial flight in seven years. Operated by Envoy on an Embraer 175, running roughly twice daily with morning departures from Miami.

Houston (IAH) → Caracas (CCS)

United Airlines

Daily nonstop service resuming August 11, 2026 on a Boeing 737 MAX, with an overnight departure from Houston arriving in Caracas early the following morning.

Schedules and routings change — confirm directly with the airline when booking, and we will share updated guidance closer to the program dates. Connecting options via Panama City, Bogotá, and Madrid also serve Caracas.

Logistics support

Epakon works with Grupo Maso for in-country logistics support. Their team can assist participants with hotel bookings, flight arrangements, and ground coordination end-to-end.

Visa coordination

Epakon provides fast visa processing and support where it is needed. Visa coordination is separately priced at $100–150 per person. Assistance is not a visa guarantee: requirements, processing times, fees, and decisions vary by nationality, residence, consular post, and applicable policy. Only the competent Venezuelan authorities can issue or deny a visa.

Join the delegation

Express your interest today. The Epakon team will review each request and follow up with next steps, program details, and pricing confirmation.
