Nonstop flights are available from Miami, Houston, and Doha (Qatar Airways), with connecting options through Bogotá, Curaçao, and Madrid.

We recommend booking refundable or changeable fares where possible. If new travel restrictions or airport logistics issues force Epakon to postpone or cancel the program, we will share updated guidance immediately — see our cancellation policy for how the program fee is handled.

Logistics support

Epakon works with one of the country's most prominent tourism and logistics groups for in-country support, assisting participants with hotel bookings, flight arrangements, and ground coordination end-to-end.

Visa coordination

Epakon offers fast visa processing where needed, available separately with the fee confirmed directly. This is not a guarantee — requirements and decisions vary by nationality and rest with the competent Venezuelan authorities.
